Obtaining Your Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order departs from our warehouse.
- This email will contain your tracking number along with a direct link to monitor your package.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for the tracking information to be updated.
Tracking Your Order
- Click the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
- Alternatively, log in to your Peak Store account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select your order and click Track Shipment to view real-time updates.
Interpreting Your Tracking Status
- Order Confirmed – We have received your order and are preparing it.
- Dispatched – Your order has been handed over to the carrier.
- In Transit – Your package is progressing through the delivery network.
- Out for Delivery – Your order is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.
- Delivered – Your package has been successfully delivered.
Unable to Locate Your Order?
- Please check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to become active.
- If your order status has not updated within 5 or more days, kindly contact our support team for assistance.
